Santiago is Chile's business and creative capital, a mountain-ringed city where a mature advertising, mining-tech, and wine-export economy funds a genuinely professional production scene. Crews, photographers, and post houses cluster around Providencia, Las Condes, and the historic center around Plaza de Armas.
