The Booking Agency is a booking platform for independent talent and creative professionals across 163+ countries and 339K+ cities. Clients browse and request quotes free. Once a booking is accepted, the platform handles the contract, payment, and payout as agent.
Is The Booking Agency free for clients to use?
Yes. Browsing talent, posting jobs, and requesting quotes is free for clients. When you book, you pay exactly the price shown in the quote, no added client fee, VAT included where applicable. The Booking Agency charges a 15% fee to the talent only.
How does booking and payment work?
Send an inquiry, review the quote, and accept it to confirm the booking. Payment runs through the platform via Stripe Connect. Full contact details unlock once the booking is confirmed and paid. The talent receives their payout, minus a 15% fee (10% platform commission plus 5% covering payment processing and payout handling). For a live gig - the booking is the service itself, with nothing handed over afterward - payout lands 7 business days after the event. For delivered work - photography, videography, design and similar, even when the talent was on-site - payout lands 14 business days after delivery is confirmed.
How do I post a job or find talent?
Browse talent by city or profession, search the talent directory, or post a job on the jobs board free. To book a specific talent, request a quote through their profile.
