Lima is Latin America's reigning food capital and a growing production hub, a coastal city where world-ranked restaurants sit blocks from colonial architecture and a fast-modernizing advertising and content industry. Crews, food stylists, and photographers cluster around Miraflores, Barranco, and San Isidro. The city's culinary reputation (led by chefs like the Acurio and Central lineage) draws food and lifestyle briefs specifically, alongside general commercial and fashion work.
