We are looking for several service-oriented and structured Customer Service Representatives for an assignment in Borรฅs.

โข Handle customer service cases mainly by phone, email and chat
โข Perform related administrative tasks
โข Work independently in the customerโs case management system
โข Build and maintain positive customer relationships
โข Work in a structured and goal-oriented environment
โข Receive and provide feedback to continuously improve yourself and the team

โข Experience in customer service or a similar service-oriented role
โข Excellent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
โข Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
โข Structured, communicative and service-minded personality
โข Strong administrative skills and self-leadership
โข Ability to absorb large amounts of information and learn quickly
โข High integrity and ability to work independently
โข Experience from an ICA store or similar is considered an advantage
