We provide chipmakers with everything they need - hardware, software and services - to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography. + Read complete description Introduction to the job The Quick Response Team (QRT) Factory & Field Integration (FFI) is part of the Manufacturing Process Support organization within the TWINSCAN Factory. As a QRT FFI 5-Shift Engineer, you provide first-line troubleshooting support for Factory and Field Integration activities and play a key role in securing factory progress and machine availability. You report to the QRT FFI Lead or Team Lead of your assigned team. In this role, you are expected to solve technical issues independently during your shift, through troubleshooting and problem analysis. You can design and provide action plans for others within execution to solve these issues (e.g. damages, failing tests, progress and performance issues). You have a crucial role in enhancing the solving power of the execution teams through coaching and guidance. You function as a 1st line support organization of execution engineers. Using your skills and knowledge to assess technical complexity of issue, to suggest the correct way forward in close collaboration with the 2 shift QRT Team engineers. During unsupported shifts in the night you focus on securing progress both for factory and field. You are expected to support delicate or complex hardware actions, in order to decrease hard down time during supported and particularly unsupported shifts.
