Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern how subscription payments are processed on bookingagency.io operated by Tara Trade International LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as The Booking Agency ("we", "us", "our"). These Payment Terms are part of our Terms of Service.

1. What We Charge For

We charge only for optional Platform subscription features (currently branded "Premium"). Core use of the Platform, including publishing a free profile, searching for talent or opportunities, browsing city and category pages, and messaging in free tiers, is free.

Payments for services performed by Talent are handled directly between Talent and Clients, outside the Platform. We are not a payment processor, escrow service, or party to any such engagement.

2. Prices

Current subscription pricing is displayed on bookingagency.io. Subscription tiers and prices may change; the current price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Talent / Freelancer tiers:

Agency, Event Planner, and Recruiter tiers:

Prices may change. We will notify subscribers of price changes at least 30 days in advance. New prices apply at the next renewal.

3. Payment Processor

All payment processing for Platform subscriptions is handled by Stripe Inc. under Stripe's own terms of service and privacy policy. We receive limited transaction metadata (billing address, last four digits of card, transaction status) to manage your subscription. Full card details are never stored by Tara Trade International LLC.

4. Taxes

Prices shown do not include applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, GST, or local consumption taxes). Where we are required to collect taxes, those taxes will be added at checkout or invoice time. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by us that apply to your subscription under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Premium features until that date.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge over a period of up to 14 days. If payment cannot be collected, we will downgrade your account to the free tier. Premium content you created during a paid period remains in your account and will become visible again on successful payment.

7. Currency

All prices are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Your bank may charge additional fees for currency conversion or international transactions. We are not responsible for those fees.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending review.

9. Governing Law

These Payment Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
