Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on bookingagency.io operated by Tara Trade International LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as The Booking Agency.
Subscription plans (Talent and Business)
Initial 7-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel a new subscription within 7 calendar days of the first payment, you receive a full refund of the subscription fee. Email hello@bookingagency.io with your account email and we will process it within 5 business days.
After the first 7 days. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Annual plans. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal.
Free-launch period (through Q3 2026). During the launch promotion only the Premium tier ($9.99 monthly or $99 yearly) charges. All other paid tiers remain free during this window. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the Premium tier.
Job and gig postings
Failed publication. If a paid job or gig posting fails to publish within 24 hours due to a platform error, we refund the posting fee in full.
Removed for policy violation. Postings removed for breach of the Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
Withdrawn by you. Postings you withdraw before the 30-day listing period ends are not eligible for a refund.
Featured upgrades. "Featured" and "Hot Boost" upgrades on active postings are non-refundable once placement begins.
Subscription processed by Stripe
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe Inc. on our behalf. Refunds appear on the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bookingagency.io from the account email on file with:
- The subscription or posting ID
- The date of payment
- The reason for the refund request
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We respond to all bank chargeback inquiries with full transaction documentation.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top reflect the current edition.
