Platform Support (Azure/DevOps) - 6 months+ - 100% remote For a large semi-conductor company in the Netherlands we are looking for a Platform Support Engineer focused on Azure and DevOps for a 6 months extendable contract. You'll provide day-to-day cloud and platform support for the client environment while acting as the communication interface between the client and the offshore based support team. 100% remote and English language The Role - Provide platform and cloud support and maintenance for client environments. - Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution. - Coordinate support activities and follow up on tickets to ensure timely closure. - Act as the primary interface between the client and the offshore team in India . - Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Maintain basic operational documentation and support procedures. Skills Required - 1-4 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or application support. - Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . - Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows server administration . - Experience with ticketing or incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar). - Strong verbal and written communication skills . - Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and client stakeholders . - Good troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
