We're looking for an Account Executive Pro to join our growing team, based in Paris, France.

We are looking for a highly motivated, quota-driven individual to join our Account Executive team and drive growth primarily across the Italian market, with additional opportunities across other international markets.

This is a high-volume, efficiency-focused role where you will qualify inbound leads, close deals quickly with our packaged PRO offering, and build momentum through a strong pipeline.

You will own the full conversion process for your segment, driving revenue growth while maintaining the quality of relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates. Your ability to balance volume, velocity, and sound escalation judgment will be key to your success in this role at Brevo.

Your impact at Brevo:

Grow Brevo's revenue by consistently hitting monthly and quarterly quotas through new account signings

Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to signature, with a smooth handover to CS

Add great value to clients by solving their pains and delivering the best solution possible

Spot upsell/cross-sell potential during the sales process to maximize deal value

Keep CRM data accurate and pipeline hygiene high, enabling reliable forecasting

Exercise sound judgment on when to escalate complex deals (pricing exceptions, legal, deal desk)

Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding clients and the market, and by improving our tools and processes

Who you are:

You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus).

You speak Italian at a native level and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Spanish is a big plus.

You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles.

You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption.

You are results-driven and skilled at closing deals: creating urgency, communicating impact, and reinforcing value to drive the deal across the line

You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes.

You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals.

You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
