Het is een hybride baan waarbij je twee dagen per week samenwerkt vanuit een van onze inspirerende centrale locaties in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Eindhoven, Utrecht of Zwolle. Adviesteam Wonen-Hypotheekadviseur Centraal (Eindhoven) Role purpose: Provide expert mortgage and housing finance advice to clients, guiding them from initial needs analysis through application, approval, and completion, while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction. - Advise clients on mortgages, housing finance options, and related products based on their goals and financial situation. - Conduct structured interviews, gather documentation, and perform affordability and risk assessments. - Prepare and submit mortgage applications; coordinate with lenders, notaries, and internal stakeholders. - Explain terms, conditions, and costs clearly; support clients throughout the end-to-end process. - Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Identify cross-sell opportunities (e.g., insurance, savings, protection) aligned with client needs. - Contribute to team targets, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Proven experience in mortgage advice and client-facing financial services. - Strong knowledge of Dutch mortgage products, underwriting requirements, and compliance standards. - Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills. - Analytical ability to assess affordability, risk, and documentation completeness. - High accuracy, integrity, and customer-first mindset; able to work independently and in a team. - Comfortable using CRM and financial application tools; strong administrative discipline.
