Key competencies An Agile Coach needs a number of key competencies to be effective in his or her role. Some of these competencies are: Knowledge of Agile methodologies : Is familiar with Agile methodologies and the principles behind them. He or she should be able to clearly explain and guide the application of these principles in practice. Coaching and Training: Must be able to coach and train effectively.
