AI Software Engineer Are you ready to bring AI-powered solutions to engineering and design and keep TWD a technological frontrunner? As an AI Engineer at TWD, you join our Software Engineering team (8 FTE) to build the AI solutions that will reshape our engineering and design projects in Offshore Wind and Heavy Civils. You will pioneer how AI can best be used inside TWD and inspire engineers and designers to work with it. Your day-to-day work covers: * Build GenAI applications: agents, agentic workflows, and document intelligence * Select and evaluate language models and integrate them via APIs, SDKs and MCPs * Create fine-tuned and RAG models based on TWD's engineering and design data * Translate user needs into working AI features * Bring engineers and designers along by giving demos and collecting feedback * Stay current with the AI landscape and bring new techniques to the team You own AI projects end-to-end: from scoping through prototyping and development, to deployment, adoption and iteration.
