Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Buyer (m/f/d). What your job includes As a Buyer, you are responsible for purchasing and calling off products, materials, and services for the factory from suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers both domestically and internationally. You maintain good relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance. - Daily processing of purchase proposals and orders for raw materials and goods - Organizing the local purchasing and ordering process - Determining and organizing delivery times, order quantities, and order schedules - Monitoring and checking the nature, quantity, and quality of the ordered goods - Handling and following up on complaints when delivered goods do not meet expectations - Maintaining master data related to purchasing-relevant information - Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisor What we expect from you - Strong coordination and organizational skills - Good negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and persuasiveness - Analytical insight - Creative and solution-oriented mindset - Good team spirit and ability to collaborate - Excellent skills in MS Office and ERP systems - Fluency in English and Dutch What We Offer You We are a company with flat hierarchies, strong values, and a clear focus on our customers.
