As Chef de Partie, you'll be the culinary hero making sure everyone at this amazing 5-star hotel in Amsterdam gets a delicious meal. From prepping fresh ingredients to crafting mouth-watering hot plates, you're at the heart of our biggest kitchen, working with a super team to prepare meals for up to 200 people. If you love a challenge and want to create unforgettable dishes every day, this is your chance! What you'll be doing: - Prepare meals according to recipes and planning. - Perform all mise en place activities, like washing and cutting ingredients. - Arrange and place dishes for banquets, keeping the buffet full and flowing. - Keep your workspace, equipment, and materials sparkling clean and tidy. You will be joining a vibrant team in a top-tier 5-star hotel in Amsterdam, a place known for its exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. The position is for 5 days a week, including weekend days, from 9:00-17:00. You will be a key player in ensuring the canteen runs smoothly and deliciously, making a real impact on everyone's day.
