Who are we For over 14 years, Pllek has been NDSM's go-to hangout: sun-soaked terrace with skyline and IJ views, a laid-back indoor lounge, or a proper sit-down dinner, we do it all. With a big terrace and plenty of indoor seating, things get busy, and there are a lot of mouths to feed. That's what our sizeable kitchen is for. Dinners, bar bites, large groups and barbecues: all of it built on honest, seasonal, no-fuss dishes made with care, so everyone leaves with a full stomach. That's where you come in.
