The Cluster Building Supervisor provides professional, on-site estates support, ensuring that the school environment is safe, secure, compliant and well maintained. The role forms a key part of the cluster estates model, operating to consistent Trust-wide standards and supporting the effective management of school buildings, grounds and facilities. The successful candidate will work across a number of schools, taking responsibility for day-to-day site operations and helping to deliver a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for all users.
