In this role, you will be the central point of contact for service-related inquiries and orders, working with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, distributors, and internal departments. About the Role You will play a key role in both the pre-sales and post-sales process, ensuring that customer requests are translated into high-quality solutions and delivered on time. From defining scopes and preparing quotations to coordinating service delivery, you will manage the full lifecycle of after-sales activities. All activities are handled from the office in the Diemen region.
