You listen carefully, think along, and solve questions about orders, deliveries or payments. You leave every customer with a smile and a clear answer. This will be assessed via a language test and roleplay. - Reach Rotterdam Central Station within 90 minutes. - Be at least 18 years old on your first workday (due to working hours). - Handle stress and respond well to customer resistance. - Availability on Saturday or Monday is a must.
