Job requirements This is what you'll do You're the first point of contact for our customers, by phone and by ticket. You answer questions about our software, solve problems, and make sure customers get unstuck. Sometimes that takes two minutes. Sometimes it takes real digging. Our customers range from a small business owner just getting started with our platform to a large hotel chain running it daily for hundreds of employees.
