You begin with a brief briefing and a good cup of coffee with your team. Afterward, you immediately get to work independently on the engine blocks. You disassemble used engines with extreme precision and inspect every part for wear. Next, you reassemble the repaired components into a perfectly functioning unit. Because various departments within the overhaul workshop work closely together, you regularly liaise with colleagues to monitor quality.
