As a Maintenance Employee , you will be responsible for inspecting , maintaining , and preparing high-tech transport packaging for reuse. You will work with wooden transport boxes and other industrial packaging used to safely transport sensitive equipment for the semiconductor industry. This is a hands-on position that requires technical insight, attention to detail, and the ability to work according to instructions and checklists. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 00:00. Main Responsibilities: - Inspect delivered transport packaging for damage and quality - Perform maintenance and minor repairs to prepare packaging for reuse - Follow work instructions and inspection checklists - Replace damaged or worn components when necessary - Use hand tools safely and accurately - Operate an EPT , stacker , forklift , and reach truck (where required) - Ensure all packaging meets the required quality standards - Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe - Work together with colleagues to achieve daily production targets - Follow all company quality and safety procedures What can you expect from us? - Gross salary : €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance - Weekly net income: approximately €480 - €500 , according to Dutch labor legislation - Full-time contract with long-term opportunities - Overtime possibilities for additional income - Weekly...
