Join the Asset Reuse Team (ART) within the AI Center of Excellence at Nationale Nederlanden (NN), where we build, maintain, and scale reusable AI assets, collaborate across business units, and drive strategic innovation. As a GenAI Engineer in ART, you will work in a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI components that power the NN AI asset marketplace and enhance customer services and operational efficiency. What you are going to do You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reusable AI components and solutions that address real business challenges across NN. Your work will span from requirement definition to production deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with the ART product manager, tech lead, GenAI engineers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into robust, reusable AI assets.
