As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead one or more feature teams building the product experiences, integrations, and capabilities that help merchants run their shipping operations with less friction and more control. You'll sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and Design, turning complex customer and logistics problems into reliable, scalable, high-impact solutions - and you'll do it by building healthy, high-performing teams that balance strong delivery ownership with real engineering quality.
