Due to the high technical complexity of physical manufacturing, this role requires at least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in merchandise, apparel, or packaging design. A standard graphic design background is insufficient. The candidate must possess proven experience with pre-press production processes, including vectorizing artwork, Pantone (PMS) color matching, print separations for embroidery and Screen Printing/DTG, and mapping 2D artwork onto complex 3D product surfaces. Furthermore, the candidate must have experience executing designs within strict corporate B2B brand guidelines and working directly with technical specifications from global manufacturers. About Monday Merch Monday Merch is a fast-growing B2B merch platform based in Rotterdam. We design, produce, and deliver high-quality, sustainable custom merchandise and corporate gifts for leading global brands and scale-ups. The Role: Graphic & Visual Designer We are looking for a talented Graphic & Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative visual design and physical product execution. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets, developing brand identities, and translating complex design concepts into production-ready physical merchandise. Key Responsibilities: Develop full visual identity packages, brand guidelines, and high-impact design assets. Create production-ready vector files and technical specs (tech packs, CMYK/Pantone prepress) for apparel, accessories, and custom packaging. Lead design projects from initial concept and artwork creation through final supplier handoff. Collaborate with account managers, production teams, and external suppliers to maintain visual quality across physical products. What We Offer: A dynamic, international work environment in Rotterdam. Full-time position (40h/week) with market-competitive remuneration. Catered team lunches, travel reimbursement, and high-end merch benefits.
