You may be helping design a workshop on AI transformation, supporting an executive event, preparing presentations, capturing outcomes from client sessions or ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting the preparation and delivery of client workshops and innovation sessions - Assisting facilitators during workshops and events - Creating presentations, workshop materials, and visual content - Supporting the organization of executive events and client engagements - Capturing insights, actions, and outcomes from sessions - Helping develop new wavespace experiences and methodologies - Supporting day-to-day operations of the wavespace team Your new team | About your colleagues and the office We're looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, is eager to learn and is excited to contribute wherever help is needed.
