Function description We are looking for someone who can support the planning, coordination, and execution of offshore construction, installation and maintenance activities of our clients. You ensure all operations are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with various project specifications and regulations. You as appointed field/ project engineer provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during offshore operations while coordinating closely with vessel crew, offshore teams, subcontractors and onshore engineers. You ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company procedures at all times. Offshore site visits are performed to monitor progress and verify installation quality. Your role also includes reporting progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting project logistics and planning. Strong problem-solving skills are essential for handling technical issues in offshore environments. The position requires working in challenging offshore conditions on rotational schedules. What we're looking for Are you our ideal candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Offshore Engineering, or a related discipline? And, do you have experience in offshore oil & gas, offshore wind, marine construction, or subsea projects?
