We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our Aftermarket team! This is a mobile role where you'll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining specialist vehicles at customer sites and company workshops. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. What you'll be doing: - Diagnose and repair faults on vehicle chassis and mounted equipment - Carry out servicing and maintenance to a high standard - Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections and ensure compliance with Department Of Transport specifications - Use diagnostic software and tools to identify and resolve issues - Log all work using PDA software and maintain accurate service records - Travel to customer sites across the UK, sometimes at short notice - Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times - Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service - Support health and safety practices and complete risk assessments as required At Dennis Eagle, we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and a Disability Confident organisation.
