The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and effective Finance and Administration Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking Administration team.
Candidates would:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and the Mission statements of the Federation.
- Provide sound Financial and Administrative support to complement the current team across both schools.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and an organised, calm manner. Attention to detail will be imperative.
- Confident in dealing with outside agencies, such as suppliers and financial institutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is essential; competent in the use of email and experience of using Google Drive;
- knowledge of SIMs/FMS will be beneficial, although full training will be given.
Salary quoted is the full time equivalent; post is 20 hours per week for 39 weeks, pro rata salary £14,595-£15,674 approximately.
