As a Fitness Instructor at Special Sports Amstelveen, you have a passion for health and fitness. You will be responsible for providing professional guidance to our members and creating a positive and stimulating environment. Here are the main responsibilities and benefits of this position: Responsibilities Daily guidance and training: - Guiding members in their fitness journey. - Creation of individual training schedules based on Technogym programs such as biocircuit and biostrength. Member Services & Relationship Management: - Ensuring a pleasant atmosphere and positive interactions with the members. - Identifying complaints and contributing to appropriate solutions. - Promote the number of members and strengthen the bond with the club. Facility management: - Maintenance of the gym and checking of equipment. - Cleaning up used materials and ensuring a neat and clean environment. Security and order: - Supervise safety and good order in the gym. - Proactively identifying shortcomings and making suggestions for improvement. Collaboration and communication: - Regular meetings with supervisors for alignment and feedback.
