For a technically advanced project environment, we are looking for a Mechanical Foreman who coordinates daily activities and ensures planning, quality and safety come together. Vacancy information As a Mechanical Foreman, you lead a team of mechanical technicians and coordinate the work within your assigned area. You stay close to the execution, monitor progress and make sure activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with technical requirements. Your responsibilities: - Lead, guide and support mechanical technicians on a daily basis - Assign and coordinate work based on planning, priorities and capacity - Coordinate with work preparation, engineering, other disciplines and subcontractors - Monitor progress, quality, safety and technical execution - Identify and resolve technical and organisational bottlenecks - Report on progress, deviations and key points of attention What do we offer - Gross monthly salary between €3,566 and €5,590, based on full-time employment. - 40 days of annual leave. - Varied work with direct involvement in day-to-day operations. - Freedom to take ownership and contribute ideas for improvement. - Opportunities to develop both technically and as a team leader.
