Each Hotel Indigo is unique, and delivers a vibrant, engaging and genuine boutique experience that gives guests a real flavour of the neighbourhood - delivering an experience that is truly reflective of the local culture, character and geography.A day in the life of…As a member of the Front office team, you will be carrying out the following tasks: • Ensure a smooth check-in for our late arrivals; • Ensure an efficient check-out for our early departures; • Prepare welcome amenities / VIP arrivals; • Ensure all administrative tasks/checks are carrierd out; • Answer incoming calls, e-mails and guest request; • Perform a full property walk ensuring the guest safety and remove any possible trays/ F&B items in the hallways; • Attend to any wake-up call requests; • Reply to guest feedback via our online reputation management tool & escalate neseccary action; • Carry out some small cleaning tasks to make sure our lobby and reception look spotless; • Hand-over with your colleagues at the beginning and end of your shift;As an integral part of our hotels operational team, you'll offer support to colleagues across all areas of the business to ensure a first class guest experience.
