Key Responsibilities - Assess and benchmark global benefits (health, life, disability, retirement, wellness) and recommend design improvements. - Lead renewals and vendor management, including RFPs, negotiations, and performance reviews with brokers/insurers/TPAs. - Analyze claims, utilization, and cost drivers; develop strategies to manage trend and improve outcomes. - Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance requirements; document policies and controls. - Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and regional stakeholders to align benefits with total rewards strategy. - Support global mobility and expatriate benefits where applicable, including harmonization and eligibility frameworks. - Create clear communications and change management plans for benefit launches or updates. - Track program metrics and deliver reporting dashboards and executive-ready recommendations.
