Working within the Global Sales Strategy & Category Development team, you will develop category strategies, shopper-centric solutions, and commercial activation plans that drive sustainable growth for both our customers and our business. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, revenue growth management, sales, and local market teams to translate shopper insights into winning in-store execution. In this highly international role, you will influence strategic retail partnerships and help shape best practices across multiple markets. Based in Amsterdam, you will report to the Sales Strategy & Category Development Director and travel occasionally to selected markets. Key responsibilities: - Develop global category strategies and in-store execution frameworks that support sustainable category growth and strengthen retailer partnerships. - Translate shopper, customer, and category insights into actionable playbooks, execution standards, and commercial recommendations for local markets. - Build compelling category selling stories, customer engagement materials, and shopper activation plans that drive business growth. - Define Go-to-Market strategies for innovation launches, including success metrics across distribution, shelving, pricing, promotions, and display. - Partner closely with Global Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and local commercial teams to ensure consistent execution across markets. - Monitor market implementation, identify opportunities and barriers, and support local teams in delivering commercial excellence.
