Working within the Global Sales Analytics & Category Management team, you will translate category and brand strategies into scalable execution standards that drive commercial excellence across more than 40 markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional global teams and local market stakeholders to build governance, capabilities, and tools that improve execution consistency and shopper impact. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, community leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our brands win at the point of purchase on a global scale. In this role, you will: - Lead the global Perfect Store strategy by developing scalable frameworks, execution standards, KPIs, and governance across offline and online channels. - Drive excellence in retail execution by leading global initiatives across planograms, point-of-sale materials (POSM), display standards, secondary retail packaging (SRP), and Master Stock List (MSL) methodologies. - Build and continuously improve global tools, processes, and best practices that enable consistent execution and measurable commercial impact across markets. - Lead and grow a global community of Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Sales teams through capability building, best practice sharing, training sessions, and engagement events. - Partner closely with cross-functional global functions including Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Procurement, IT, and local commercial teams to ensure successful adoption of Perfect Store initiatives. -...
