You focus on projects, innovations, and complex technical questions related to the health of our people, safety aspects within the four GNT Safety Pillars, and reducing GNT's environmental impact. In addition, you contribute to solving the everyday challenges and problems that operational production facilities in the food industry can present to the HSE department. During safety studies, you are comfortable both taking the lead and participating as a team member. Switching between a strategic, long-term, abstract mindset and the practical aspects of daily operations comes naturally to you. We value professionalism, collaboration, and the ability to bring both calmness and high energy when the situation requires it.
