In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our One Identity environment. You will act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring an efficient and secure execution of our identity and access management processes. Your responsibilities: - Management & Optimization: Maintain, configure, and optimize our One Identity tool. - Process Improvement: Work closely with business and technical teams to propose improvements and implement new or enhanced IAM processes and workflows. - Support & Troubleshooting: Provide user support, resolve functional issues, and analyze bottlenecks within the IAM environment. - Project Support: Assist and coordinate changes within projects, collaborating with various stakeholders. - Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation of processes, procedures, and changes, and provide regular reports on the status and performance of the IAM solution. - Security & Compliance: Ensure proper allocation of user rights and contribute to the continuous improvement of our security measures.
