Industrial Engineer Tesla Tilburg, Netherlands Tesla is looking to hire an Industrial Engineer to join the Tilburg Remanufacturing team in the development, launch, and optimization of new and existing remanufacturing lines. In this role, you will apply process improvement expertise to assess production performance, reduce costs, optimize capacity, and enable high-quality manufacturing and service operations. You will closely liaise with production, process engineering, equipment, project management NPI and suppliers on line design, layouts, cycle times, and performance, supporting CT studies and if needed approving line performance during FAT/SAT activities. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other teams in a demanding, fast-paced environment on challenging projects that balance short-term gains with long-term process excellence. Travel and potential temporary relocation to support global projects and factory launches may be required.
