Position Summary
The Interim, Senior Art Director is responsible for concepting the visual direction and execution of 360° creative for e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN, ensuring brand consistency, elevated design, and strong storytelling across connected commerce (360° visual touchpoints and channels spanning digital, social, retail and more). This role bridges concept and execution - reporting into the Senior Creative Directors, mentoring designers, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring compelling campaigns to life in a fast-paced, high-volume environment based on marketing and business objectives.
