Bewaar International Tax Specialist 105044 I International I Tax I Specialist I Netherlands For an internationally operating organisation within the technical and industrial services sector, we are looking for an International Tax Specialist. In this role, you will support tax activities across multiple jurisdictions in Europe and Africa, working closely with finance teams, external advisors, and international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and review corporate income tax returns and related filings across multiple countries. - Support timely tax compliance, reporting, payments, and documentation requirements. - Prepare and review tax provisions, tax accruals, and account reconciliations. - Perform return-to-provision analyses and support tax accounting processes. - Coordinate tax audits, assessments, and interactions with tax authorities. - Identify and manage tax risks while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. - Advise finance and business teams on tax-related matters, including withholding tax, VAT/GST, and intercompany transactions. - Monitor tax legislation developments and assess potential business impacts. - Drive process improvements and contribute to a strong tax governance framework. - Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. - Professional tax or accounting qualification (or actively pursuing one), such as CTA, ADIT, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent. - Approximately 4 to 7 years of relevant experience within a multinational organisation, public accounting firm, or tax advisory practice. - Strong knowledge of corporate income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax provisioning. - Experience working across multiple international jurisdictions is preferred.
