As a Senior CCaaS DevOps Engineer, you take end-to-end ownership of platform capabilities across NICE CXone, APIs, and telephony integrations. You ensure secure, reliable, and compliant solutions while enabling seamless omnichannel experiences. Your work directly impacts customer service operations and contributes to building scalable, future-ready digital platforms within a sustainability-focused bank. Your job In this role, you'll take ownership of our CCaaS platform capabilities from concept to delivery and continuous improvement. You'll help shape seamless customer experiences by connecting NICE CXone with our internal systems and designing reliable voice and telephony integrations. Together with colleagues and partners, you'll explore new opportunities to enhance the platform, implement secure API solutions, and embed security and compliance into everything you build. You'll also play a key role in maintaining platform reliability, resolving critical incidents, and turning complex integration challenges into practical, innovative solutions.
