As Key Account Manager, you will help CPS evolve from a supplier into a strategic partner. You will gain an in-depth understanding of the ambitions, production processes, and investment plans of a select number of international key accounts and translate these into sustainable commercial growth. You are a knowledgeable business partner who moves effortlessly between the production floor, technical departments, and senior management. You ask incisive questions, understand the customer's challenges, and work with colleagues from the Operations Office, Engineering, Project Management, and Service to translate them into suitable turnkey solutions. You think ahead, develop strategic account plans, and ensure CPS is involved at an early stage in discussions about future investments.
