What makes you a good fit - Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience. - Practical experience in adhesive formulation or polymer formulation is preferred. Familiarity with epoxy, acrylate, or thermosetting systems is a strong advantage. - Hands-on experience in formulation mixing and laboratory experiments is required.
