About the role As a Corporate Legal Counsel, you will be part of a small, dynamic legal team consisting of the Corporate Legal Director/Company Secretary and two senior Corporate Legal Counsels. Within the team, we work on a wide variety of legal matters, including commercial contracting, M&A transactions and integrations, trademarks, claims, corporate housekeeping and other corporate matters. In this role, you will independently handle legal work appropriate to your level of experience, while also receiving guidance from senior colleagues on more complex or strategic matters. You will contribute to Kiwa's transition towards a more digital and future-oriented way of working by supporting legal technology initiatives, AI opportunities and process improvements that help increase efficiency, quality and consistency across our legal work.
