Working from the General Counsel's office, you will focus on regulatory and governance matters, including disclosure obligations, market abuse regulations and insider dealing rules. In close cooperation with senior management, Compliance, Investor Relations, external advisers and regulators, you will help embed these requirements in a clear and robust Group governance framework.
