From reviewing lift plans and risk assessments to coordinating crane operations on site, you'll make sure every lift is prepared and performed safely and efficiently. You'll collaborate with a team of skilled offshore professionals and support our mission to accelerate the energy transition through innovative offshore wind projects across the globe. YOUR IMPACT Your expertise ensures that each operation runs safely and seamlessly, protecting both people and assets. You'll - Review and approve lift plans, risk assessments and method statements - Ensure the correct implementation of installation manuals and procedures - Support crane-specific calculations such as load capacity and lifting height - Check and maintain certification of lifting gear - Lead and coach lifting site personnel such as crane operators Your confidence, leadership and practical mindset make a tangible difference - every lift you manage contributes directly to the success of our offshore wind projects.
