Within our Service & Maintenance team, we work on a wide range of maintenance projects every day: from service projects to scheduled maintenance and renovations. Due to the growth in our maintenance work, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner for 32-40 hours per week who can provide a clear overview and enjoys working with great colleagues and clients. What will you be doing? As a Maintenance Planner, you are the organisational hub of the maintenance team. You ensure that work is scheduled efficiently and that everyone knows where they stand. You liaise daily with colleagues in the office, tradespeople on site and clients. Your duties include: - Planning and coordinating maintenance and service work in a scheduling programme - Coordinating schedules with tradespeople, subcontractors and clients - Monitoring progress and making adjustments where necessary - Processing reports, schedules and work orders in the system - Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements - Ensuring clear and customer-focused communication No two days are the same: you must be able to adapt, maintain an overview and think in a solution-oriented way.
