Job Purpose and Impact The Maintenance Site Lead is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and safety of plant equipment, systems, and operations. This role combines hands-on maintenance execution with the implementation and oversight of health and safety practices to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. You will support operational excellence by maintaining asset integrity, minimizing risk, and embedding a strong safety culture across all activities.
