Technical Service Amsterdam - On-site - - Amsterdam , Noord-Holland , Netherlands - Construction Site Job description What will you do? As a Technical Service Technician at Flagship Shipyard, you will work on the technology behind Amsterdam's largest electric fleet. From our harbour or on-site, you will ensure that our electric boats remain safe, reliable, and operational. No two days are the same. You will troubleshoot technical issues, carry out repairs, and provide technical support for our fleet. You will analyse problems, determine the best solution, and assess whether a boat can be repaired on-site or needs to be transported to the shipyard. Thanks to your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset, our fleet stays on the water. Practical information - Location: Amsterdam (Flagship Shipyard) - Employment: 32-38 hours per week - Working days: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends when required - Salary: In accordance with the Metal & Engineering Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Metaal & Techniek). Indicative salary: €2,900 - €3,300 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications - Start date: By mutual agreement Your responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve technical faults; - Perform repairs and maintenance on electric boats; - Respond to and resolve urgent technical issues; - Assess whether a boat can be repaired on-site or should be transported to the shipyard; - Maintain and inspect battery packs; - Inspect electrical systems and installations; - Contribute practical solutions to technical challenges; - Record completed work and materials used.
