This is what you'll do as a Manager Business Control This role combines leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship. As Manager Business Control, you'll lead the Business Control team and act as a trusted partner to the CFO, senior management and project teams. You'll have the freedom and trust to further develop Business Control while making a visible contribution to Quooker's continued growth. You help the business make better decisions. Not by explaining what happened afterwards, but by influencing the decisions that shape the future. Whether it's major investments, strategic initiatives, international growth or cost optimisation, you translate financial insights into clear recommendations that drive action. You keep a close eye on revenue, margins, costs and profitability, identify risks and opportunities, and advise management on the best way forward. You'll also lead the planning and control cycle. You drive the budgeting and forecasting process and contribute to long-term business planning. Through clear management reporting, you provide the insights that support better decision-making. In addition, you coordinate the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process from a Business Control perspective. You'll have plenty of room to take initiative. You develop business cases, evaluate investment proposals and continuously improve reporting, analysis and management information.
