Core responsibilities - Own end-to-end WFM processes: forecasting, staffing models, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time management. - Monitor performance against KPIs (e.g., SLA, ASA, AHT, occupancy, shrinkage) and drive corrective actions. - Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and leadership to align staffing plans with business demand and budget. - Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. - Lead, coach, and develop WFM analysts/planners; set standards and ensure process compliance. - Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and tool enhancements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
